A plugin runs the whole layaway flow on your storefront — the button on your product pages, the hosted checkout, and the order in your admin — without anyone writing code against the API. You install it, connect your ShotPay account, and the button is live.

No plugin for your platform yet

Everything a plugin does, a developer can build directly: the server SDKs open the session, the ShotPay Button puts it on the page, and How your store finds out covers marking the order paid. There is no separate contract for a plugin — they build against the same API as everyone else.
